What a life changer!! I never would have imagined my life would change so drastically and so quickly when I made the decision to change careers and begin working at BHG. I was at a point of no return at my previous job where I had worked for 7 years. I saw no potential for upward mobility and the pay was stagnant. I was working between 48 and 56 hours per week; mandatory. In all those years I never once called in sick and reported for work everyday. The environment was extremely stressful and void of any recognition.
It is the total opposite here at BHG. I am extremely happy to have made the switch. In not even two years I have topped what I was earning at my previous position and put in a lot less hours. My opportunity for growth is unbound and totally dependent on me. I am now enjoying my weekends with my family, where as before I had to work on Saturdays. I am much more relaxed and feel extremely good about myself and much more confident. The work environment is a lot of fun but at the same time very challenging. I feel as though I am a new man with a new lease on life.

I have never regretted my decision one time!!
